Refund policy

1. Overview

This Return & Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which returns, refunds, or credits may be issued by Dwell Marque, LLC (“Dwell Marque,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This policy applies only after delivery has occurred and operates independently from our Shipping Policy. All returns are subject to review and approval in accordance with the terms below.

2. Return Authorization Required

All return requests must be submitted to Dwell Marque and approved prior to shipment of any item back to us. Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused.

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise noted on the product description page.

3. Condition of Returned Merchandise

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • Free from damage, wear, or alteration

  • Returned in original packaging with all components intact

Dwell Marque reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether returned merchandise meets acceptable resale condition.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom, special order, or made-to-order items

  • Items marked “final sale” or “sale”

  • Used, washed, or damaged items

  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear

Any item not meeting return eligibility will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or expressly authorized by Dwell Marque in writing. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Refund Method

Approved returns are issued in the form of store credit only, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Store credit does not expire and may be applied to future purchases but may not be redeemed for cash.

7. Processing Time

Once an authorized return is received and inspected, processing typically occurs within 10 business days. You will receive confirmation once your return has been reviewed and the appropriate credit issued.

Please allow additional time for the credit to appear in your account.

8. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Shipments refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable due to customer error may be subject to restocking fees and return shipping costs, which will be deducted from any applicable credit.

9. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please refer to the Damaged Shipments & Discrepancies section of our Shipping Policy. Damaged items are handled separately from standard returns and are not eligible for refund unless required by law.

10. Policy Updates

Dwell Marque reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time your order is placed will govern your transaction.
