1. Overview

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with Dwell Marque, LLC (“Dwell Marque,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

This policy governs shipping and delivery matters only and should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and Payment Information Policy.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

Shipping methods are determined based on product size, destination, carrier availability, and customer selection at checkout.

Standard Parcel Shipping

Smaller items—such as pillows and other lightweight home goods—are shipped via common carriers including FedEx, UPS, or USPS using ground service unless otherwise specified.

  • Orders under $150.00 ship at a flat rate of $12.95

  • Orders over $150.00 ship free of charge

Shipping rates and eligibility are confirmed at checkout and are subject to change.

3. Order Processing & Fulfillment Timing

In-Stock Items

In-stock parcel shipments are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. Items may ship separately depending on availability and fulfillment location.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to populate in the carrier’s system.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Certain products offered by Dwell Marque are custom, special order, or made to order. These items are produced specifically for you. Estimated production or lead times are disclosed on the applicable product description page.

Production timelines are estimates only and may vary based on material availability, manufacturing capacity, or order volume. Occasionally, delays may occur due to increased demand or circumstances outside of our control.

Once production is complete, the item will be prepared for shipment in accordance with this Shipping Policy, and shipping confirmation will be provided when the item leaves the warehouse.

Backordered or Unavailable Items

If an item is not immediately available, we will notify you by email with updated shipping information once it becomes available to us. If an item becomes unavailable or discontinued, we will notify you promptly.

For purposes of this policy, an order is considered “shipped” when it leaves our warehouse or fulfillment partner. Transit time is not included in processing estimates.

4. Delivery Appointments & Customer Responsibility

Certain shipments may require delivery scheduling. When applicable, carriers will contact you using the phone number and email address provided at checkout.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery contact information

  • Accepting the first available delivery date offered

  • Ensuring access to the delivery location

Failure to accept or complete delivery as scheduled may result in storage fees, re-delivery charges, or additional carrier costs, which must be paid prior to delivery.

5. Address Accuracy & Risk of Delay

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of order placement. Dwell Marque is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible.

6. Shipping Restrictions & International Orders

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

Orders shipping outside the continental United States may be subject to additional shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees. All international shipments are sent duties and taxes collect, and the customer is responsible for all associated costs.

7. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to events beyond our control, including carrier disruptions, weather, supply chain interruptions, labor shortages, or governmental actions.

Dwell Marque is not liable for delays caused by carriers, manufacturers, or external conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed as updated information becomes available.

8. Damaged Shipments & Discrepancies

If your shipment arrives with visible damage to the external packaging, you must note the damage on the delivery receipt prior to signing. Failure to do so may limit our ability to file a claim with the carrier.

Any shipping damage or order discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic documentation of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label. Please retain all packaging and merchandise until further instructions are provided.

Dwell Marque reserves the right to determine, in its discretion, whether a damage claim has been timely and properly submitted.

9. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately and from different fulfillment locations. Individual shipment notifications will be provided as applicable.

10. Shipping-Related Charges

Your payment method is authorized at checkout in accordance with our Payment Information Policy. Any additional shipping-related charges—such as re-delivery fees, storage fees, or carrier-assessed costs—must be paid prior to delivery when applicable.
